Charlie is a senior at BB&N High School. As co-founder and President of KnightConnect, Charlie enhances user experience, analyzes behavioral data, and shapes marketing strategies. He oversees daily operations, aligns goals with growth trajectories, and builds relationships with clients and partners. Additionally, he develops strategies, manages the budget, fosters innovation, and ensures equity and accessibility for all students.
Charlie is a co-founder and CEO of Community Tutoring, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing free tutoring services. Under his leadership, the organization expanded to two U.S. cities, including the Boston division, which now serves 120+ tutees with the help of 80+ tutors. He oversees 501(c)(3) compliance, as he manages legal requirements.
Charlie's professional interests are centered around business and finance, areas in which he has both demonstrated significant expertise and continues to explore with passion.

Pierce is a sophomore at BB&N High School. His detail-oriented approach ensures that KnightConnect remains accessible and intuitive while continuously evolving to meet user needs. Pierce is actively involved in identifying and integrating new opportunities into KnightConnect's projects, always looking for ways to enhance the platform's offerings.
Pierce serves as one of the youngest Vice Presidents in the BB&N Investment Club’s history and aims to lead a competitive team in the upcoming Wharton Investment Competition.
